Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through our store, and by placing an order you agree to them. We're LUMIO, a store based in the United Kingdom — you can reach us at hello@lumio.co.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where these terms and your statutory rights differ, your statutory rights come first.

We sell the Beam Mini, a portable 1080p projector, on its own or in bundles of two or three. Descriptions, specifications and photographs are given in good faith; projected size and colour can vary slightly with the surface and lighting in your room.

You order by choosing a bundle and paying by card on this store. Once your payment goes through we'll show you an order reference and email a confirmation to you. Our contract with you begins when we confirm your order.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the product is out of stock, if we can't deliver to your address, or if a price or description was clearly wrong. If we cancel an order, we refund you in full.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout — there are no additional charges added afterwards.

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We don't receive or store your full card details.

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every bundle and fully tracked, and usually takes 2–4 working days. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and complete. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Risk in the product passes to you when it's delivered to your address.

You can cancel your order at any time before it's dispatched. Once it arrives you have 14 days to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend that to 30 days as part of our money-back guarantee.

How to return an item, who pays return postage, and how refunds are processed are all set out in our returns and refunds policy.

Every projector carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the day it's delivered. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund the item.

The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, liquid damage or normal wear and tear, and it doesn't affect your statutory rights.

We don't limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost time or lost opportunity.

The Beam Mini is designed for domestic use. Commercial use isn't covered by the warranty.

If a delay or failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control — such as a courier disruption, a customs hold-up or extreme weather — we'll contact you to rearrange delivery or refund you, and we won't be liable for that delay.

All text, photographs, graphics and specifications on this store belong to LUMIO or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
