Question 1

Do I need a screen?

Accepted Answer

No. Any light-coloured flat wall works. A white wall gives you the full 120 inches; a screen or a darker wall simply adds contrast.

Question 2

How dark does the room need to be?

Accepted Answer

It's at its best with the lights low or curtains closed. With 420 honest lumens it still holds up in a softly lit room, but the magic happens in the dark.

Question 3

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes, after dusk or under a gazebo. The battery runs 2.5 hours, and it will run from a USB-C power bank if you need longer.

Accepted Answer

Anything. Cast from iPhone or Android over Wi-Fi, plug in a console with HDMI or a laptop over USB-C. Bluetooth sends sound to a speaker or headphones.
